The clients wanted a brand identity for the brochure through which they were marketing this premium property located in Mayfair. I created a look and feel that communicated sophistication with a modern and younger audience appeal. This property had a very distinctive wooden pattern flooring which I picked up on and used throughout the branding. I later demonstrated how this graphic element can best be utilised through printed and social media marketing.
