Ink Studios II, Hackney Wick

Ink Studios is a workplace situated in vibrant Hackney Wick. Despite having only one space left for sale, the developers were facing difficulties in closing a deal.

To tackle this challenge, I took a fresh look at the original branding, which was predominantly monochrome, and decided to take a new approach. I completely revamped the branding by introducing a new logo, typeface, and brand colours, as well as a unique pattern that embodied the fluidity of ink.

With a well-defined culture established, I was able to capture the attitude and vibe of the studios through compelling photography and engaging copy. These elements were then integrated into the brochure and other marketing materials, resulting in a successful sale of the remaining space.
