12 Hans Road is a Grade II listed architectural gem by A.H. Mackmurdo, set within a Charles Voysey terrace, rich in heritage, detail and prestige. Any new marketing needed to honour this legacy while presenting the space as a refined, contemporary offering for discerning tenants.

Challenge / Idea:
The challenge was to balance history with modern clarity, ensuring every touchpoint felt connected to the building’s story. The idea was to create an identity that complements, rather than competes. The building itself is the hero; the visual language should frame its craftsmanship, not overshadow it. This approach should shape an elegant design rooted in respect for the building’s character and tailored to both prospective tenants and marketing agents.

Design / Results:
A cohesive suite of marketing collateral was crafted to highlight the building’s character and quality, with every detail intentionally tied back to its heritage. The system extended beyond visuals: a simple, intuitive viewing appointment tool on the website was designed for a seamless tenant experience and effortless agent management. The outcome was a fully let building, and a very satisfied client.
