Project info / Insight:
Seven Hills (Design and PR Agency) brought me in to refresh Acwa Power’s logo and show how it could work across different touchpoints. Acwa Power operates major renewable energy projects across 13 countries, but its existing identity felt dated, static, and missing the sense of movement that reflects the nature of energy itself. The brand needed a visual system that felt modern, dynamic, and unified.
Challenge / Idea:
Create a logo and graphic language built around movement, a core idea that represents how Acwa Power generates and delivers energy. The identity should feel active and forward-looking, with a symbol that connects cleverly to the wordmark while also standing alone as a recognisable icon.
Design / Results:
I designed a wordmark logo with an interlocking icon that introduces a clear sense of movement. The icon can be separated from the logo and used independently for social media, digital applications, signage, vehicle graphics, and wider brand communications. The logo and icon extend across all touchpoints and motion design, creating a consistent, flexible, and cohesive identity that brings new energy to the brand.
