Silver&Co

Consort Rise House, Pimlico, UK

2020

Project info / Insight:
Tasked by Silver&Co with creating the brand identity for a residential complex in Pimlico as part of a design scheme presented to the client.

Challenge / Idea:
Design a brand identity and signage system, and demonstrate how they would work across multiple touchpoints. Explore the potential of a proposed coffee shop and bar designed to serve both residents and the wider community, creating an additional revenue stream for the landlord, and show how these elements could live visually within one cohesive brand system.

Design / Results:
I designed a very elegant brand identity with the flexibility to be used across everything the client wants to explore going forward. I created two logos: one refined logotype, and an emblem featuring an abbreviation of the building’s name at its centre, set within a beautiful ring-like symbol. I paired this with an elegant typeface containing very considered detailing. The art direction carried a strong “I’ve made it” attitude.

I then demonstrated how these elements could come together across a range of outputs, including signage, staff uniforms, social media, the coffee shop and its items, the bar, and stationery.
