Sectorlight
Serenova, Dubai
2025
Project info / Insight:
Appointed by Sectorlight, a leading property and place branding agency with offices in London and Dubai, I was tasked with designing the foundational structure for the marketing materials promoting Serenova - a new residential development in Dubai Silicon Oasis, developed by Al Ghurair Group.
Challenge / Idea:
Working with Sectorlight’s established visual identity, my role was to ensure that every design element adhered to the brand guidelines while meeting the client’s evolving requirements. Where content was pending, I implemented placeholder copy and imagery, which was later refined by Sectorlight as the client supplied final assets throughout the project’s development.
Design / Results:
I designed all elements to have a premium look and feel, ensuring there was always enough breathing space for the content, even in the mini brochure and especially the one-pager, where a large amount of information needed to fit into a limited space. My visual hierarchy had to be precise, allowing key elements to stand out above the less essential information.
At the time of working on the project, much of the content required for the main brochure was not yet ready, so I created a template brochure from the front cover right through to the back cover, which could later be populated as information came in. My job was to create a clear structure and hierarchy that the team could easily update.
